Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays remain the quiet achiever evenings of sipping cocktails, savouring the dining experience with quality wines, or simply relaxing with an ice cold beer in the AlFresco area.
Fire and Ice lifts the Tempo on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with added attractions. Tuesday is Student Day (of course well known as Tight Arse Tuesday) where a Rump steak, Mash or chips , and a schooner of Pure Blonde from the tap  ALL FOR ONLY $10 will attract from far and wide.   Thursdays sees renowned Oyster shucker Jerry Fraser "live and shucking" from 5pm. Always an experience and always a fun!  
Friday afternoon the tempo increases with live music at 5.30 from ZARIUS.  Former lead singer of WAX, Gemima has a voice that simply must be heard.  From PINK to KINGS OF LEON, not to be missed, organise the office for after work staffies.  
Added to these is of course the BEST Happy Hour in Subi. 5pm - 6pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY - $4 cold schooners of Pure Blonde, $4 house wine, $ 4 house Bubbles. What more do you need?
