Fire & Ice is Subiaco's NEWEST bar and a fabulous place to chill out. Enjoy Cocktails that encompass tradition and style, flavour and energy, a beautiful selection of Champagne and Wine and a Premium Beer Selection. Fire and Ice has live music on Fridays 5.30pm. The Grazing menu is something not to be missed. Designed by renowned Chef Mark Attard, this tapasesque style is something new for most, taking in an amazing exchange of flavours and contrast in colours and style. Fire & Ice Opening Times:
